Fun day in the snow for many of the Monadnock Trail Breakers Family & Friends at Seven Maples Campground
Members of the Monadnock Trail Breakers Snowmobile Club and their families rode their sleds in from all over the area coming from Dublin, Peterborough, Hancock and other surrounding towns to gather at a cookout at Seven Maples Campground in Hancock, NH.
It was a great day, giving many club members a chance to ride on trails they hadn’t previously ridden or to ride the trails that they have been working hard to keep up for the community. Once at Seven Maples the children enjoyed riding the groomed trails through the campground in a safe, enclosed environment for them to gain experience and ride with their friends. A few brave men took off after the event and made their way to Nubanusit and then onto Howe Reservoir and back home to Dublin. They returned very tired but all had a blast breaking the trails that hadn’t been touched in years. Overall good food, friends & of course a few snowball fights made a great event day that we hope to make an annual event.
